We had a brief but comfortable stay at Katrina's. Katrina was away for the night so we had the house to ourselves. She left little treats for us, which were thoughtful. Winterport is a very quiet little town and was a good spot for us to rest in our way up to a whitewater rafting trip. Thank you Katrina!

Highly recommended. Wonderful antique home on a main route, easy to find. The suite has 2 comfortable rooms, huge closet, light-filled windows, and private half bath. Thoughtfully equipped with mini frig, coffee maker, microwave, shampoos, area books and guides and more. Katrina was always welcoming and interesting to talk to. Use of the washer, dryer, 2 shared baths, huge well-equipped kitchen, family rooms, and yard was encouraged. Katrina's boys were incredibly polite and quiet. Katrina went beyond being hospitable numerous times, even making a fireplace fire and delicious home-made bread for me.

For my first Airbnb experience, Katrina set the bar extremely high. Great communication, the house was great, exceeded my expectations. I mentioned that I was a photographer when booking the place and Katrina gave me some great tips on where to shoot and that alone is invaluable. I can never thank Katrina enough for this experience. When I crossed the border into Maine, I already wanted to come back and now I know where I wanna stay for future visits. My dog, Prince and I, felt welcome from the moment we pulled into the driveway. 10/10 would recommend!

Beautiful house and very neat history behind it. Katrina was an outstanding host. Booked last minute after a week long of car camping and it was everything my pup Sophie and I needed. The stroll through the town, the backyard amenities. Not to mention great conversations if you're into interacting with your host. Highly recommend.

Katrina's house is amazing, a great house with a great host. The house is spacious enough to have a lot of people spaced out and not feeling cramped. There are also a lot of cooking equipment to make all the kinds of food we were looking to make on our trip and everything was so extremely clean. Best of all Katrina was able to answer any questions we had and help us find things to do when one of our day's plans had to be cancelled. Would definitely come back if I'm ever up in Maine again!

Planning things like I typically do last minute, I found this place. After reading the description and seeing the photos I knew it was a great place to go. She was very inviting, my wife and I felt comfortable taking our pets there as well. It was very clean, spacious with great amenities. Also if you like history she also provides that about her house and a book with things to do around that area. 10/10 recommend.

I stayed at Katrina’s place with some friends. We met her upon arrival and she was extremely nice and welcoming to her home. She also gave a helpful tour of the house and told my friend and me about her bakery that she runs in the house, which was really cool to see. She was even nice enough to leave some baked treats for us. The house is comfortable as it feels lived in like a childhood home. There is a large amount of space and plenty to do, would definitely stay again!

Katrina's place is easy to find and handy to town but not in a crowded area. A really thoughtful touch on a cold winter night was providing snack and coffee/hot drink supplies in the room- as well as Maine maple syrup! The in-house bakery serves great local coffee and their own pastries which tasted great. It was a comfortable stay on a frigid night and we recommend Katrina's place.

Nice and a very comfortable place. We drove from Philadelphia to Winterport and had a very good night's sleep. There is enough room for 4 guests and the listing is like an hours drive from Acadia National Park and Bar harbor. Katrina was a great host. A must stay if you are visiting Acadia
