Katrina's 1812 Pierce Home was the perfect spot for our history and adventure buff group. The personal and thoughtful touches were above and beyond anything our group has seen at an AirBnB before. The only thing I wish was different, was that we had more time to spend there. ;) Katrina is a top-tier host who is a great communicator and warm welcome home. Of current condition note: It was very obvious that Katrina fully prepared her spaces to provide the best and safest conditions for guests to combat COVID-19. What a gem!!

My friends and our dogs had just finished a 7 day camping road trip and this was our last stay before going home. We were able to shower, rest, and reset before a long drive and it was much needed! The house was welcoming with warmth and had all the things we could need.

Katrinas place was huge! i got lost, lol. bed was extremely comfortable.. i’ve never been in a king size bed before. Katrina was accommodating, also very quick w responses. i was just there for a quick stay but it was beautiful. right down her street is a body of water w a nice view. i enjoyed running that little route!

We had a really great time in Winterport. Katrina was super helpful and responsive, and her house was lovely. The only part we questioned was how many personal things were in the house, especially the bedrooms. It seems like this is a full time home for the family, and that was a little unexpected, but nonetheless, everything was comfortable and clean.

You have a cosy, nice historic house. Sleeping in your super Kingsize bed was very comfortable. We also had a great pleasure to meet you and talk with you with a glass of wine. So staying here will take place in our good souvenirs. We just expect better weather.

This is a wonderful space with access to your private suite as well as areas of the home like the huge and welcoming kitchen. Katrina and her family are delightful and so welcoming. We had a wonderful stay and are looking for excuses to go back!

Historic house, but very cosy, clean, room with a restfull super-kingsize bed, far from standardized motel rooms. Information for local facilities was provided and we enjoyed Belfast, a town nearby. Would recommend and visit again.

Our stay was wonderful! Their home was beautiful and our room was really homey. We were even welcomed back one day with sugar cookies (unexpected desserts always great to come back to!!!!). It was our first time up near Bar Harbor and we definitely will be going back again!

Thank you for such a warm and welcoming stay. We had a great time exploring the area and this was just perfect to come “home” to every night. Great host , she welcomed us well , the room was super clean and big , the bed is wonderful king size, also she let us to cook in her kitchen , easy parking, thank you so much , if we have any chance going back , we will definitely stay there again, very highly recommend!
